Students are required to abide by the Natural Health Schools Terms & Conditions and Code of Ethics at all times.
Students are required to attend at least 80% of the ITEC, APNT & NHSCT Diploma courses.
Students are required to wear a clean and tidy uniform of white tunic and black trousers or complete white uniform at all times when attending courses.
Students must either purchase their own or have access to a treatment couch whilst they are undergoing training.
Student's are not permited to use any course material provided by the tutor's or The Natural Health School at any time without written agreement from The Natural Health School.
The Natural Health School reserves its rights to make changes to any course material, locations of venue or dates of courses and examination dates as deemed necessary.
Students wishing to enrol on a course must either do so online or by sending in a booking form with remittance. A full confirmation letter will be sent out upon receipt to show acceptance of booking.
Students must pay all fees due for courses on time. If payment is not received the School has the right to exclude students forthwith.
The Natural Health School reserves the right to refund fees and cancel any course for any student the school finds unsuitable for any reason.
If any courses are cancelled by us all booking fees paid will be refunded in full. Refunds will be paid via the same method of payment received. If you pay via paypal, refunds will be sent back via paypal. When registering please ensure you also email us your telephone number if you wish us to contact you. No travelling expenses will be deemed liable for payment by us.
If a Student cancels a course any deposits or payments made will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Transfers to another course with no less than 2 weeks prior notice to course starting date, will incur an administration fee of £25.00. For Cancellations within 2 weeks of the course date, no refunds or transfers can be made,
Deposits on Diploma courses are non-refundable and will only be held for transfer to another Diploma course at a later date, for no longer than 6 months after the cancellation of a previous course start date, cancellation within 6 weeks of diploma start date - all deposits/payments are non refundable.
The Natural Health School has made every effort to ensure that information provided for our courses is accurate, however we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. Successful completion of the courses and examination is the responsibility of the student.

All School Students & Staff shall conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Students must complete a consultation with all clients prior to any treatments being carried out and full consent being given by the client.
Students attending our courses are not permited to practice as a professional therapist until successfully passing examinations.
All School policies are required to be upheld at all times, especially Health & Safety Procedures and Hygiene policies of the School.
