Surface anatomy of the pelvis / hip. Bony landmarks - palpation
Surface anatomy - muscles / ligaments
Break
Differential diagnosis / specific conditions that affect the hip / groin
Lunch
Examination of the hip / groin. Also Lumbar spine,
Sacro-iliac joint will be briefly covered
Break
Rehabilitation / treatment of the hip
Summary - certificates and dispersal

Pre Course Learning is essential and we would suggest a good knowledge of muscle origins, insertions and actions.
