A superb one day workshop taught by Rosie Langdale-King.  Whenever we feel threatened on a  psychological, physical or spiritual level (mind, body & spirit), The chakra associated with that area will close down in defence of the individual as a survival mechanism, but if the energy is not flowing this will cause illness eventually (Remember the neuropeptides influencing the immune system after 5 days).  Therefore healing and self-healing is involved with unblocking this energy agaibn, so bringing it back into line with divine energy - thus re-vitalising our lives again on all levels of the personality students will learn what chakras are, how they pull in energy to our bodies and how they relate to colour and sound.  You will work on the feet using both spinal reflexes and organic reflexes to rebalance those energy centres and effect a healing to the body via these chakra reflex points - Rosie will show you how to incorporate into a normal reflexology routine.
