Getting Started in Anatomy & Physiology
Are
you about to start a course in massage, sports massage, physiotherapy,
chiropractic, osteopathy, or fitness instruction? Do you want to get a
head start with anatomy and physiology? Then this fully interactive
workshop is for you! This is not a lecture-style workshop. Instead,
with student-centred activities you will get to grips with all of the
common terminology relating to anatomy and physiology as well as
learning about the skeletal system. This is an ideal workshop for
anyone wanting to go on to Mad About Muscles, also for beginners of
anatomy and physiology. No prior knowledge of anatomy or physiology is
required. We feel confident you will love this day and will be

On this one-day workshop you will learn

- anterior/posterior, medial/lateral, superior/inferior, proximal/distal, deep/superficial, prone/supine.
Movement terminology:
