The day. led by
Mary Atkinson, author of Hand and Foot Massage, is suitable for
everyone, no experience necessary. It is also useful for qualified
therapists wishing to enhance and refresh their skills. During the day,
we will discuss benefits and contraindications, and share a safe and
simple massage sequence for hands and feet. We will also look at the
main reflexology and acupressure points for common ailments. It is a
fun and relaxing day with plenty of opportunity for enjoying the
benefits of hand and foot massage. Perfect for therapists wanting to
gain CPD points as well as enjoy a day out with a friend or partner!
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a small cushion and
two small towels.
