Did you know it is a myth that most clients have "tight rhomboids"?

Do you know why some shoulder pain is due to poor posture?

Would you like to know how to effectively treat round shoulders (kyphotic postures)?

Do you know how to identify tight hip flexors?

Want to know why they can give rise to low back pain?

Do you know why clients who stand with hyperextended knees can get patella pain?
