Mary Atkinson, (BA Hons), PGCE, MAR, MCThA, MICHT..Mary Atkinson is qualified in Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage and Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Reiki. She combines running her own private complementary therapy practice with writing and teaching. Mary is a volunteer complementary therapist and uses her own insights and experience of working with people with life limiting conditions to add depth to her work.
Mary regularly speaks at national seminars and has written several books including The Art of Indian Head Massage, Hand & Foot Massage and A Practical Guide to Self Massage. All of which can be purchased from this site. (please click on the Course Books link on the left of the page). Mary's Indian Head Massage Diploma Course has a wonderful routine that is loved by everyone who learns it and receives it. Indian Head Massage can be learnt with just an Anatomy & Physiology Diploma as prior learning.

Jane Johnson
After practicing as a massage therapist and fitness instructor for over 10
years Jane trained as a Chartered Physiotherapist and took a masters degree
in Health & Exercise Behaviour. Her main love is musculoskeletal anatomy
which she teaches as part of the Sports Massage Diploma and which forms the
basis for many of her workshops. If there are bones about, she'll find them!
She is passionate about lifelong learning and that we each have tremendous
untapped potential within us. You know all those people out there who tell
you that learning anatomy is tough? Or that being a therapist won't pay the
rent? Or that you need a 'proper' job? Or that living your dream is not
realistic? IGNORE THEM. Anything is possible to a willing heart. We've one
life. Let's make it count!
Jane thrives on 'lifelong learning' not only does she teach using the latest methods including accelerated learning She is currently a member of the following associations: The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), The Institute for Anatomical Sciences (IAS), Embody (formerly The Int. Guild of Professional Practitioners, IGPP), Chartered Physiotherapists Interested in Massage and Soft Tissue Therapies (CPMaSTT), the Association of Physical Natural Therapists (APNT) and the Sports Massage Association (SMA).
Jane has also written numerous reference books including,Natural Healing, and 101 Things to Do With Your Amazing Body,. She regularly writes for a number of massage trade magazines and websites and is an examiner for the APNT.

Rosie Langdale-King
Rosie Langdale-King, Cert Ed (Ad. Ed); Dip: Indian Head Massage;
MAR; Reiki Master; Practitioner of Reconnective Healing. Rosie is a
practitioner of Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reiki and Reconnective
Healing. She is Senior Project Worker
with the mental health charity, the Feltham Open Door Project where she
practises her complementary therapies, and runs groups, with the Drop-In
service users. Rosie has worked with the charity for 9 years and finds joy in
being able to bring the benefits of therapies to people who would normally be
unable to fund such services. Rosie has been
teaching ITEC Practitioner Reflexology for 6 years, and also teaches Reiki. She has been a contributor to ‘Positive
Health’ Magazine. Rosie is
passionate about teaching and finds great joy in playing her part in enabling
her students to reach their highest potential – to work from their heart
centres to provide high-quality, professional, therapeutic healthcare to their
